Delivery Service

We use DPD local    and parcelforce    couriers

Delivery times apply from the time your order is dispatched. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. We aim to dispatch in 1-2 days but during busy times this can increase to 3-4 days.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer a Saturday delivery. It's unlikely, but there may be occasions where our carriers will try and deliver on Saturdays, but this remains at the control of the courier.

Easy Returns

At Fridge Seals Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item(s), we offer a straightforward return policy to make the process as simple as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return items within 30 days of receiving them if they meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in resale condition, meaning:
    • Unused
    • Free of damage or wear
  • you must provide proof of purchase(e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made gaskets

2. Return Process

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Step 2: Recieve a Return Authorization

Once approved, we will provide you with a return form which includes instructions on where to send your item(s).

Step 3: Recieve a Return Authorization

Ship your item(s) back to us at your own expense unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product). Ensure the package is securely wrapped to avoid damage during transit.

3. Refunds

For returns that are not exchanged, once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

We offer direct exchanges for items of the same price. If you would like to exchange an item:

  • Ensure the item being exchanged meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Specify the desired replacement item when contacting us.

If the return or exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering:

  • A replacement (if applicable)
  • A full refund (including return shipping)
