We regularly review our prices so we are confident we are offering you the best everyday pricing, however, we know that promotions and sales in other stores can come around that mean they offering at a cheaper price.

We know that price is an important factor in choosing who to buy from online and we are always thankful for the opportunity to match prices and look after our loyal customers.

This means that if you see something cheaper elsewhere, please let us know and we will match the price.

How does the Price Match Promise work?

• If you find a lower price elsewhere, for exact same product and delivery, we will match the price.
• Send an email to our customer services team, including the information below, if you feel you are eligible.
• Our customer services team will confirm within 48 hours by email or phone call whether the product is eligible for our Price Match Promise offer.
• Once confirmed, proceed to the checkout area.

Price Promise Terms & Conditions

• This offer does not apply after you have placed the order. We are unable to offer any discount in retrospect after you have ordered. For this offer to be valid you must contact us prior to placing an order.
• The product must be identical to the item we are selling & in stock. We cannot match prices for similar or out of stock items.
• The company must be shipping from mainland UK and have a valid VAT registration number.
• The Price Match Promise does not include auction sites such as E-bay.
• The Price Match is only applicable to the actual price displayed on a competitor's website plus any delivery costs, for the equivalent delivery method (48 hour UK service).
